Four months ago I started a weight lost journey, changed my eating habits and started working out five to six days a week. What used to be painful, well I will be honest it's still painful, but now it's also fun because my bestie is working out with me. Together we push through the pain and encourage one another to continue. As pounds and inches drop off we not only look better but we also feel better.
Working out energizes my mind and body. I am able to think clearer and I have more energy. So I encourage you to join us and commit to a healthy life. Do it for yourself and future.
